Opening a preschool

First session: we will look at all the bureaucratic and logistic steps to open a nursery school:

Sector analysis, how to identify the right facilities, minimum structural requirements, bureaucratic regulations for opening, National Healthcare Authority (ASL) and municipal safety regulations, what kind of partnership to choose, state/European incentives.

Second session: We will jump into the heart of the Education and Management Project and learn how to communicate it to achieve success:

How to lay out the spaces, what education project to offer, how to differentiate from the competition, how to communicate our brand out to the world, how to organize the staff, how to create bonds with the families, internal management organizational chart.
