Hatha Yoga Lessons – 1 h 30 min. (asana + pranayama)
The teaching begins with essential relaxation and unwinding techniques and introduces the main yoga poses, which become more stable and comfortable with practice, improving blood circulation and massaging the internal organs. Then, beginning with the fundamental principles of breathing, we learn how to control our own breath for a proper oxygenation of the arterial blood, facilitating blood circulation and the expansion of vital energy.
Yoga Nidra Sessions – 30/50 min.
It is a technique to achieve a state of conscious sleep, which induces deep relaxation; this practice reduces physical and mental tension, works on the subconscious mind to help remove psychological and psychosomatic disorders, helps overcome insomnia and recharges the entire body.
Integral Yoga Lessons – 2 h (asana + pranayama + yoga nidra)
It is the synthesis of the various branches to achieve a more complete approach and vision of yoga. It includes rudiments of concentration techniques and the first stages of deep relaxation.
